Cancellation up to 8 days prior to use is free of charge.
Day before or on the day of the event: 100% of the fee
2 days prior: 80% of the fee

Q. Is there an age limit?Currently, we do not have an age limit for renting a car as long as you have a driver's license.Q. Can I specify the vehicle when I make a reservation?Car models cannot be specified. Please understand this in advance.Q. Can I change my reservation?Please call us at least 3 hours prior to your departure time.

You can rent a car without worrying about the opening hours of gas stations.Gasoline fee is a flat rate of 1,800 yen for up to 24 hours after rental.
For every 24 hours that passes, another 1,800 yen will be charged for gasoline.
