Q. Is there an age limit?

Currently, we do not have an age limit for renting a car as long as you have a driver's license.

Q. Can I specify the vehicle when I make a reservation?

Car models cannot be specified. Please understand this in advance.

Q. Can I change my reservation?

Please call us at least 3 hours prior to your departure time.
Please note that we may not be able to meet your request depending on availability.

Q. Can I still rent a car if I make a reservation on the day of the tour?

This is possible if there is space in the car, but it is often filled throughout the season.
Please call us for more information.

Q. Does the car have a navigation system?

All vehicles do not come with a car navigation system.

Q. What if I am going to be late for my appointment?

Please call us when you are about to be late.
Please note that if you miss your scheduled departure time by one hour without notifying us, it will be treated as a cancellation and we may not be able to provide the reserved car.
Please note that a cancellation fee will be charged in the event of a cancellation.

Q. Can pets ride with me?

Reservations are required for pets (including assistance dogs and nursing dogs) to ride with you.
At the time of reservation, you will be informed of the restrictions, conditions, and rules for pets.
We reserve the right to refuse to rent out the room if no reservation is made.

Q. Are there vehicles in which smoking is allowed?

We apologize for the inconvenience. All vehicles are non-smoking.

Q. What is the gasoline refueling service?

This option eliminates the need for any troublesome lubrication.
You can rent a car without worrying about the opening hours of gas stations.

Gasoline fee is a flat rate of 1,800 yen for up to 24 hours after rental.

For every 24 hours that passes, another 1,800 yen will be charged for gasoline.
