Yonaguni Island Dinner

The island Italian food we enjoyed after visiting the most scenic spots was exceptional, and the food was elegantly seasoned. The tour was very enjoyable, and the guide's stories during the tour were interesting.

The BBQ skewers were all very flavorful, eaten amidst the aroma of the charcoal fire, and I felt the power of the island's ingredients. The time of day when the sky changes from dusk to stars was especially beautiful, and the atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable.

The sweetness of the Agu pork was more than I had imagined and went perfectly with the special dashi broth. The starry sky we looked up at after dinner was very clear, and it was a relaxing and tranquil dinner.

The dishes were prepared using seasonal island ingredients and were very satisfying in both appearance and taste. As someone who is interested in cooking, the dinner was full of new discoveries for me. The staff was courteous and made me feel comfortable.

I joined the event because I was curious about the unique combination of the island's spectacular scenery and Italian food. The result was a great answer! All the dishes using local ingredients were delicious, and the synergy with the view made for a luxurious time.

I will never forget the aroma of the island vegetables and meat grilled over charcoal. I appreciated the atmosphere where even a single woman could feel comfortable participating.
