Yonaguni Island Dinner

The dishes were prepared using seasonal island ingredients and were very satisfying in both appearance and taste. As someone who is interested in cooking, the dinner was full of new discoveries for me. The staff was courteous and made me feel comfortable.

I joined the event because I was curious about the unique combination of the island's spectacular scenery and Italian food. The result was a great answer! All the dishes using local ingredients were delicious, and the synergy with the view made for a luxurious time.

I will never forget the aroma of the island vegetables and meat grilled over charcoal. I appreciated the atmosphere where even a single woman could feel comfortable participating.

The flavor of the Agu pork broth was truly wonderful. The zami noodles to finish off the meal were also excellent and highly satisfying even for those who are particular about their food. The starry sky we looked up at after dinner made our night in Yonaguni perfect.

All the BBQ dishes that made use of island ingredients were fresh, and the special seasonings enhanced the taste of the ingredients. Time spent under the stars is also a luxury.

The Okinawan Agu pork shabu shabu shabu is exquisite. Even the thistle noodles were a perfect ending to an unforgettable dinner under the starry sky.
